“MobileHelp is there! I accidently pushed one of my Help buttons, and found out how quick the response was in three separate ways: the Main Base operator, a text alarm by cell phone, and a home phone call to talk to an emergency person. He made sure I was O.K., after my apologies for pressing the Help button in error!”

“Seems to work well. I accidentally pulled the lanyard apart and I didn't know at that time it would send an alert. They called me right away to see if I needed help.”

“Unfortunately, I have had a couple of "opportunities" to use my wrist watch button, and MobileHelp called very quickly each time I fell. When they could'nt hear me, help arrived within 15 - 20 minutes! Thankfully, I just needed help getting up, but it was so reassuring knowing help was already on the way...”

“We are very pleased with the service. He fell twice since we put it in and we have had quick response I think the fireman get here quicker through the service than it did by calling 911.”
