“The initial inquiry and booking were very smooth. Paula was very helpful and took time to explain everything thoroughly. The item arrived arrived the very same day that the user took a turn for the worse and had to me moved to 24hr. care. I had to call and make arrangements to return the unused item. I was worried about how I would be treated, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to do and how I was treated.”
