“I have not had to use it yet. The phone did fall off my wrist on to the bathroom rug and I stepped on it setting off the alarm in the middle of the night. I answered it telling the lady what happened. She wanted to make sure I was all right. I assured her I was and thanked her. Also we were testing the pendant and found out it was working. Once again answered and thanked her. I know it is there if I need it. Thank you Elizabeth Felton”

“It's hard to review a product that I haven't had to fully use yet, but I can review my salesperson. The gentleman that helped me was named Farris. What a wonderful person! He sounded quite young to me but did not treat me as an old lady. He was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and good-spirited. He went out of his way to understand my needs and to get me exactly what I needed. He is a true asset to Mobile Help. I haven't had to use the device yet for an emergency, but I can tell you the equipment as well made because I did a lot of research on the company prior to purchase. Such as where they get their equipment, and who they use for responding before I purchased the product. I am quite satisfied that I've got the best product possible in this category. Mobile Help has been right there for any questions I needed answered and full of help, they really are a professional company. I would recommend them to everyone. I know there's more commonly known companies because of commercials and I spoke to them. There equipment seems to be older and I was alarmed by their response time. They do not have what Mobile Help has as far as service, professionalism and knowledge, in my opinion.”
