“I am very please, happy and impressed with the service. When my Mom accidentally set the alarm off, the speed of the response was amazing to me. We got texts within seconds, and then found out it was an accident. We were thrilled that she was ok, but also thrilled that if she had been hurt, we could have gotten her help quickly. “We haven't had an 'emergency' yet, so that's a blessing--so I can't comment on that as yet. But during the entire process - research, asking questions, shipping, setup, etc., their customer was very good. Clear, concise, professional and friendly. We had signal problems so it was blinking with 'power outage' errors for a few days. They advised to move to a better location, closer to a window for better signal. So far, this has been working fine. At this point I would certainly recommend this company--prices seem reasonable as well.”

“So far I haven't needed to use the service and hope it never happens. I have felt safe with it until Saturday when I did my weekly test which failed because tech support said I did not press the neck pendant hard enough. Because I have very weak hands I question if I would be able to use the pendant if I needed help.”

“This alert will be a life send for me. Recently, I had to call my neighbor to come over to help me up off the floor. He was not able to , instead he called 911 and the fire department come and got me up. Now with MobilHelp, all I need to do if I fall is to press a button on my wrist, it calls the police or fire department. MobileHelp was a great help in setting up the program. Thank you MobileHelp.”

“I shopped a lot to see what was available. Spoke with a rep from MobileHelp. He told me all the pros and cons for each unit. Thought more and determined MobileHelp had a package that met all my needs. Phoned again. ask a few more questions, decided on the unit and proceeded to have it shipped to me. Their reps have to be the kindness folks I have dealt with on the phone.”
