“the fall pendent was too sensitive for my 92 year old Mom. They are sending us a pendent without fall alert. Our situation just did not work for us. They are very helpful and professional .”

“Enrolling was well done and equipment came quickly. Use necklace alarm. Accidently dropped and alarm was sent and response was fast.Able to report a false alarm. Watch alarm band is too small for man and white color is too obtrusive.”
