“MobileHelp customer service is excellent. I appreciate the quick delivery of the system that I ordered for my mother and the practical advice given as to how to best set everything up for her. Initially my mom has had a few false alarms when she dropped her pendant or was wearing it too low on her neck and they have been quick to respond and patient with her as she learns the system. We all feel safer now that she has MobileHelp.”

“I haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood) but I accidentally put my fall detector down on my dresser too hard and it went off right away and they were asking if everything was okay with me. The customer service has been great. I would highly recommend this company.”
