“Mother required a health safety call system. When searching and reading reviews MobileHelp came out on top. The care person was so helpful and the range of the system were main reasons MobileHelp was chosen. Thankful the system hasn't been needed but 2 false activations were quickly responded to.”

“So far, this service is what I agreed to receive and may actually need. That's still to be decided after I complete the six-month period I purchased. With that in mind, everything seems to be working fine; and when I bump the pendant and it goes off, the office promptly responds as expected although--a bit curtly. Again, keeping that in mind, I would have rated the service a 5. However, the pushy sales people were challenging to work with. NOTE: as a person who strives to be nice, it would be nice if the folks who respond could be a little nice and less military like. Overall, so far I can recommend this service.”
