“My Mother is a new customer of MobileHelp and accidentally set off the alarm while in the shower. However, we were both surprised and happy at how well the system worked. Paramedics arrived with a very few minutes. It gives us both relief to know how quickly they responded.”

“I got MobileHelp for my older brother. He lives with me and has Parkinson's & has had 2 strokes. I still have to work and I needed to get him something to help him in case he needs medical attention. So far .we haven't had to. We have had a few incidents where he got the button by mistake.I was there to assist with the call..”
