“Their people were very knowledgeable of their equipment. They were very polite with me. The alarm went off accidentally recently and everything went as we discussed on how to handle the situation. Thank goodness it was a false alarm. So far , I am very happy with Mobile Help .”

“We bought the necklace device for our Mom. Thankfully we have not had to use it yet, but the initial set up, resetting it up in her new place and testing it out was made so much easier because of a responsive customer service team. I’m sure they will be just as responsive in an emergency.”
