“I bought this for my Mother for Christmas and ordered in early December,to be shipped later, so as not to pay for time when it was not in use I received it in 2 days, about 3 weeks before Christmas After about 2 hours on the phone I was given one month free service”

“The customer service was exceptional. They were very thorough explaining the benefits and the cost. However, we ordered the unit on a Saturday and it didn't arrive until ten days later. It left Florida and went to Texas, before being shipped to Pennsylvania. We just expected a quicker delivery time. Once the unit arrived , the hookup was simple and we tested it and received a quick response. It gives my mother a piece of mind incase she falls or something happens to her. Overall, we are pleased with Mobile Help!! C Brocious”
