“Thank you for your service. We had a accidental incident when my friend tripped her device I got for her, inadvertently. A landlord/friend (non permissible) had entered incorrect addresses and contact information on the device for response teams and were subsequently delayed. (Issues with landlord). They eventually (responders) contacted me, found the client and figured out where she really was and assisted her. This will hopefully be resolved and the address and contact information will be upgraded. Thank you, Jeff Jones.”

“The customer service I received when first calling in was awesome. We looked in consumer reports and you were listed in the tip five. We chose your company because of the lady that answered the phone. I am pleased with the unit so far, but my mother has not had to use it.”

“I'm a new member, so far I am satisfied, I sometimes think the pendant is a little sensitive. I put it down carefully on the bed and on a table and it went off. It detected a fall. I was able to cancel it quickly, but I wondered why it did go off. Other than that, Glad to have it but hope I don't have to use it for a fall or anything else. Better safe than sorry I believe.”
