“Salesperson who helped me with decision to get this system did not asked or did I mention limited use of shoulders and raising my arms. Have spent wasted time trying both necklaces, on fall pendant, which both proved too flimsy and set off alarm. Now have standard pendant which I can place, with some effort, over my head without setting off the alarm. Would love to have choice of buying a heavier necklace, the weight would sure make it easier to place over head. Won't fit on any necklace I presently own.”
