“Great peace of mind. The only thing I would change is the coupling on the lanyard for the home help button which is irritating to my husband. The lanyard is long enough that no coupling is really required.”

“The people I talked with to get my parent set up with MobileHelp were friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate that we were able to set up the home monitoring with a year payment in advance - with a refund upon return of equipment if not used for the whole year. It gives the family more peace of mind to know that help is on the way if needed.”

“The person who helped me was Adrian. He could not have been nicer or more helpful in answering all my questions--I had a lot. I very much appreciated that he was un-pushy and seemed genuinely concerned with the situation I described (that necessitated getting your service). Within in a short time of getting the service, my sister fell down two steps and broke her ankle. She was able to use the button on the necklace provided to get help immediately.
