“I've only had it a short time, but so far I am very pleased. It seems to cover all bases for someone who is alone and with a "fall risk". The electricity went out and the battery system kicked on immediately. I wear the watch type button for night and in to the morning. The necklace is very sensitive and I'm sure will detect most falls because I bent to tie may shoes and bumped my chest when I sat up and it went off....they answered immediately. I use the regular hand carry one when I go to town...love being able to contact help anywhere.”

“I recently purchased this system and fortunately I haven’t had to use it. However, my 5 stars are for the technical support I have received. As advertised, it was simple to set up, but I accidentally set off my fall alert necklace and panicked because I didn’t want to have 911 dispatched for no reason. I was finally able to cancel the alert but felt the need to call technical support to find out what I did wrong. A very patient technician walked me through the process, told me how to cancel a false alarm and showed me how to reset the equipment. He assured me that I could call any time to get help. That was worth 5 stars!!!!”
