“Mobile help technical support was outstanding helping me set up this system. Luckily I have had no emergencies to use it but while I was installing the help button in the shower I accidentally pressed the help and someone was on the phone immediately. I told her it was a mistake while I was installing and she said no problem glad you're okay. I take the GPS mobile unit when I go walking and I put it in my pocket. It is comforting to know at 6:30 in the morning when nobody is around if I should need help it's at my fingertips. I also take it when I ride around in my golf cart or car that if I need help it is a push button away. I also have the fall detection button which I hope I never have to use.”

“FINALLY! Had to call to ask about problems with cell reception, and when a tech answered, I had no problems hearing and understanding everything said, in good old plain American ENGLISH! WHAT A RELIEF to know you'll be understood without having to repeat every word, over and over! LOVE IT!”
