“Haven't needed to use it yet, but set-up was easy and equipment seems easy to understand. Pleased that there were no high-pressure sales tactics. Reasonable price, compared to other companies, for combo of at-home and on-the-go systems.”

“After much research, I selected mobile health to help monitor a young adult with disabilities desiring to live out in the community. Although a device can never replace a human being, I am very comfortable knowing if he falls down or has an issue, help is not far away. The mobile health staff were easily accessible and full of knowledge. They answered all my questions and provided insight in a prompt and professional manner. I even took it upon myself to test the device both locally and on a trip out of town to ensure the service would be the same quality. Without a doubt, it was. Although we have not had a true emergency yet, I'm confident the mobile help team will be ready and waiting.”

“I purchased MobileHelp a few months ago because a medication I recently started affects my white blood cells, can cause loss of balance and extreme weakness at unpredictable times. I wear the bracelet when I'm home and carry the GPS with me when I am out. Until the medicaton stabilizes I am at risk for falling. I also have the fall pendant which I wear when I go in the basement or outside around the house. I feel much safer with MobileHelp. Set up was simple, the support staff are excellent. I would recommend MobileHelp to anyone.”
