“I compared several emergency response systems, read many customer and third party reviews, and talked with representatives from several companies before selecting MobileHelp. I was impressed with the number of options and variety of features offered by MobileHelp and with the company's consistently high ratings both from customers and from independent reviewers of emergency help systems. Stewart, the representative who helped me, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and courteous. Everything we discussed was then provided in print so that there were no surprises. I selected the system for my parents, and although they have not yet had the need to use it, the peace of mind it provides is much appreciated. So far, we have been very satisfied with our experience with Mobile Help.”
