“My Mom has needed the service twice and MobileHelp was there for her both times. One time she slipped and was able to hit the button on her necklace. She was okay, but needed help standing back up. Another time she hit the button on her necklace by accident and MobileHelp was on the other line immediately in case she needed assistance. She did not need help at that time. Thank You MobileHelp.”

“This is to evaluate the setting up of the Mobile Help system. Everyone at Mobile Help was helpful and pleasant. All mailings and support were on time and efficiently handled. Of course, the real test will be if I need the service and it works well. It seems as though it will.”

“I takes a little getting used to my wife is a very nervous person and got excited when she set it off a couple of times accidentally and panicked thinking the ambulance was on the way but the customer service people are very patient and talked her thru it a couple of times a have it a couple of trial runs and when see saw how simple it was she now likes it and I have piece of mind when I’m away from home. So don’t be afraid of get customer service to run you through it a couple of times.”

“I have only had MobileHelp for a short time. So far, it has been working great. I accidentally hit the button for help, and they responded very quickly. The only thing that I don't like is the black cord for the neck button. Wish it came in a white for flesh tone color.”
