“I submitted a request for information of their products via a webpage and within a few minutes I was called by a representative who provided information. He knew his products and did not have to put me on hold while he searched a database. Within a short time we arrived at a list of desired products and features and a price. I then purchased the listing of products. They arrived in about 4 days and I proceeded to install the consoles and safety buttons with ease. Everything went as planned.”

“Mobile Help was delivered promptly, and was easy to set up. I did have a question abut the charger for the mobile unit, and the technician was veyr helpful and patient with me, quickly solving my problem. I feel very proected wearing MobileHelp.”

“I read a lot of reviews and talked to 3 of the "best rated" companies before going with MH. So far so good. Unit is for 94yr old father, bought the dual system mainly to get better coverage for audio communication. If I have a complaint it is the the. You need to be in pretty close proximity to the unit for them to hear you especially if ederly with weaker voice. So you should consider this when planning & setting up. I doubt any system would be any better. If you pay attention a couple of the other services use MH units. I set it up had a couple minor snags but customer service very helpful. Only been in about 4 weeks, had 2 false alarm the first day not sure why but not a big deal. Turned system off for a couple days and had another false alarm when reacivated. They all occurred about 5 hours after start up. The upside > you know it is working. Would recommend.”
