“I did a change of my mobile medical device to try to improve on the equipment and get a lower rate. This company is OK but I find that the paper sized device doesn't hold a charge for as long as my first device did and it says out loud that the battery is low. Could be embarrassing. Also the wrist watch device is too large for my wrist. I find the device is on the dock almost more than in my pocket. Over all the device weighs less and the plan is cheaper.”

“the ONLY thing that needs attention is the speaker on the home unit is of poor quality and the operator calling when there is an event is very hard to understand. yall should consider that this is usually for older, harder of earing individuals and make the speaker way better.”
