“My mother-in-law asked to come live with us after being "locked down" for several months in an assisted living facility. We wanted an alert system that would detect a fall and selected the MobileHelp system after comparing on-line reviews and comparing costs of the various systems out there. Customer service was excellent in helping us order the equipment and set up service. Equipment arrived within a few days and instructions were easy to understand. We have the wireless dual system (both home and mobile) and couldn't be happier.”
