“From my initial inquiry to MobileHelp, to set up and test of my original equipment, and to replacing equipment that didn’t get a signal and that I didn’t like.....I could not be happier with the representatives of MobileHelp. “Because of a phone call to Mobile Help I was much better able to understand the system after receiving the equipment.The representative was very warm and encouraging. However, I haven't yet hired someone to place the key mechanism on the door because of the pandemic situation.”
