I was enrolled twice and my credit card was charged accordingly. I contacted MobileHelp (hereafter MH). The representative took the information and instructed me to return one of the enrollment kits with the mailing label she was sending by email; a refund would be issue upon receipt and inspection of the returned kit. I objected for the reason that it was MH's error; there is no reason why I should be further inconvenienced by having to wait for a refund. The representative promised that steps would be taken to expedite an immediate refund. The email I received almost immediately upon conclusion of the discussion with M-H was nothing like what I was promised. The message instructed me to return one of the kits ensuring that that the item is return by a trackable service. I not only had to pay for the shipment, there is nothing in the message that touched on the matter of refunding the shipping charge. I contacted MH again. The representative informed me that the warehouse would take steps to cancel one of the shipments and steps would be taken to refund my credit card without further delay. Well, another email message consisting a prepaid mailing label came and one kit arrived soon thereafter. I waited in case a second package should turn up. It didn't. I was informed by my credit card that MH had issued a refund, fully 10 day after I initiated the review. There is still no explanation why I was sent a shipping label. My question is if MH made such a messy stew out of a simple matter of enrollment, how can I entrust my life to such an entity? At this point, my experience does not inspire me to confide confidence.

MobileHelp has given my 86 year mother assurance that help is available with a single touch. She accidentally hit the button on her necklace the day she received it, she was initially scared by the voice but excited to know that voice was there to assist her if she needed it. There are so many places around the house she can contact help and the wrist watch is an added comfort. This gives me comfort also because my mother is alone since the passing of my father. The best purchase i have ever made.

I live alone and am new to MobileHelp. I was wearing my fall monitor in the shower this week when it started beeping. I hadn't fallen so I figured it was telling me that the mobile remote needed to be charged since I had not put it on the charging station. Once I toweled off I went to put the mobile unit in its charger I met three people in the hallway of my house - two police and a medical emergency technician. I used my towel to cover myself while explaining I was fine and had not fallen. Once I got dressed I called Technical Support from MobileHelp and was very impressed with the systematic way the person explained to me what happened and what I should do if this happens again. I had done some testing of the equipment but did not thoroughly understand how it worked until this interaction. My opinion is that the design of the equipment and the documentation (upon second reading!) is excellent.

My Dad recently passed away without warning leaving my Mom alone. She has some health issues and my brother and I were concerned about her being alone. A week after my father passed. I asked Mom if she would wear it and she said yes. She called me one day saying she had bumped the necklace and it went off. The operator asked if she alright. My Mom explained what had happened. Customer service verified her name, told her she was glad she was alright and told her to have a nice day. This really set her mind,as well as my brother's and mine, at ease. She feels much better about wearing it and tells her friends about how it works. Thanks so much
