“Wonderful customer service. Initial person helping us set up system, Linda, was so helpful and knowledge about the product she took all the stress out of the process. People manning the phones are very kind and professional. Thus far, we couldn’t be more pleased.”

“Outstanding service and state of the art equipment. The only thing that I would change is having operators ask why the patient pressed the button if there was no emergency. My father pushes the button when he needs help in the restroom but it's not an emergency so the operator hangs up. Other tgat that we are extremely happy.”
