“My Mom is enjoying her new MobleHelp system ,and knowing she can take it with her and she is covered,there is only one thing, that she can't use the pendant ,it's too sensitive but I'm gold she has the two more devices that are available for her to use.”

“My alarm kept going off. Finally I was able to talk to a gentlemen who suggested I shorten the neckless. This has worked and I’ve gone 5 days without it going off. This should have been suggested the first or second time it went off. I was going to return it until this was done. That’s why you got a poor, if it had been done in a timely manner it would have been excellent.”

“I have been overwhelmingly impressed by MobileHelp. I have talked with customer service a couple of times in getting everything set up. They were helpful and friendly. We have tested the emergency button and the fall detector, and each time got a call from dispatch as expected. I was surprised to find in the box a "real-estate" type lock box for an apartment or house key, so that MobileHelp can give the combination to emergency responders so they won't have to break the door down. The equipment appears to be very solid. I work for a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, and one of our case managers recommended this product for me to use with a family member. I also found the price to be reasonable.”

“From the way I was treated by the MobileHelp team and all I have heard about it I am saying they are very Good, although due to the holiday and fedex being closed for it I have not received my unit yet what we are getting from MobileHelp is twice as good as what we currently have with only a few dollars more then what are paying, what we have is at home use only, with what MobileHelp is sending is at home and away.”
