“Very impressed with the promptness of response. Mrs. Godbout thinks the button is too sensitive because sometimes she doesn’t even realize she has touched it and there goes the alarm. I keep telling her that at least we know it’s working and if she does need assistance it will be there.”

“My mom was afraid of staying in her home by herself as she had fallen a couple times before and was worried no one would come to help her. After setting her up with MobileHelp, she is so much more relaxed and happy knowing that if something should happen, a fall, shortness of breath, anything like that, she could just push the button on her wrist or around her neck, and someone would be on the speakerphone asking her if she was ok and if they could call someone for her. I also like that they don't immediately call 911. They first ask her if she needs help and who she would like them to call. If there is no answer when they ask her if she needs help, then they call 911. It's a great system, and their customer service is excellent.”
