“All my equipment arrived in good shape but after quite a long wait. After setting it up fairly easily, I had some problems figuring out the lock box opening. I don't see any value to the "Fall Device", just one more thing to hang around my neck. Tests indicate it is all working fine so I am satisfied.”

“I was emptying a 40 pound dogfood bag into some buckets and accidentally pinched the necklace between me and the bag which set off the Fall detection which then started beeping. By the time I realized what the sound was, I was receiving a response on my base unit inquiring about my safety. The response time was within 1 -2 minutes. I was amazed at the response time and the clarity of the call. Even though I was a little embarrassed by the circumstances, it was comforting to know that help was so close. Thank you Mobile Help.
