“Since I've only had your 'equipment' for a month, I can not judge long term. I did call for some information not long ago and was provided with the needed questions answered. Since my 'fall bob' went off by accident twice right after I got it, I'm scared to work with it on that I could accidently hit it on something. Yesterday I took the GPS with me in the case and I seemed confident with it.”

“Recently experienced an alarm on the Mobile Alert which was accidental when my mother dropped the device when she was putting in on for a shower. Due to the time it took for her to get to the base station - the alarm notification was not cancelled, and I was called. System worked perfectly, and I told the Mobile Help operator not to send the paramedics. Thank you for being there - when there is a time that assistance may really be needed.”
