“I feel they have thought of every eventuality that could happen to a person who lives alone. My only complaint is that the neck pendant is very sensitive and has gone off seemingly on its own about five times since I’ve had it. Once they had dispatched the emergency people before I could stop it. They did call them back though so they didn’t come out. I find I’m wearing the bracelet more than the pendant because of that.”

“I have not had to use MobileHelp for an emergency yet, but I have accidently pushed the button 4 times. They responded quickly and asked questions regardless of whether I told them I was fine or not. I assured them I was safe. They were very kind and concerned each time. I definitely would give them 5 + Stars.”
