“Lived talking with Adam to initially get device for my in-laws. However not every service rep. Was as pleasant. Device didn't work for the first week and we didn't know about that. The mobile ap was a huge problem as well as being informed when the device battery was low. Need to make improvements on the mobile ap so that it works consistently and properly.”

“Very satisfied knowing we have a second set of eyes, so to speak watching out for my Mom!
