“I've had a couple of "mishaps" which accidentally set off my devices. Reply was immediate and very helpful. I have since been sent a new lanyard. The other one was too long.”

“I was happy that after I had made an inquiry, the salesman didn't annoy me with follow up calls until I was ready to make a decision. The set up was not difficult but I got a little confused with the testing procedure. This was my fault...not MOBILEHELP. I do have one question to which I couldn't get an answer. The question was what do I need to take on vacation in another state. I'll have to try again. The phone menu didn't help.”

“Very pleased with entire process. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns I had. Recommendations made from staff based on my information were a good fit. Order, payment, shipping and installing system were easy with clear instructions. Have accidentally tested system once and response was quick - good to know the system works well. Pleased with my choice - I checked with other systems and chose this one based on reviews and my experience with phone interviews. Overall very pleased and happy with system.”

“We have not had the system very long, but the customer service has been wonderful. My mom has accidentally press the button a few times, And instantly someone comes on the line and is very helpful. I would recommend mobile help to everyone.”
