“I can see why MobileHelp is recommended by AARP. I recently signed up for their services. The customer service was very good and the system setup was easy. My only issue was with the fall-detection pendant - I had to send it back as it was too sensitive. I was able to replace devices and billing from two separate services, which of course simplified both my life and my budget.”
