“Purchased this system for my Dad. There have been a few challenges with him learning to use the product, but even with several false alarms from the fall detection button, the Company response time has been great and the associates are all very nice and kind to him.”

“I have only had the system about 30 days, but so far so good. System is lightweight, easy to set up and use, and customer service folks have been extremely helpful. I particularly like the fall detection feature. Also the door sign reminding you to take the unit with you every time you leave the house is extremely helpful!”
