“I have had Mobile Help for about two years now and would not want to be without it. I have had to use it a couple times & was so grateful that I had it. They call immediately and send help. In fact, I purchased it for my son . If you call them about anything, they are ready to help and pleasant to speak to. I live alone & still drive, I wouldn't want to ever be without their service!!!”

“I was very pleased when we had to push the alert on my father fell recently. The operator responded with kind words and called the EMS team quickly. My only concern is that the operator did not respond for at least 30 seconds after the button was pushed. Perhaps she was very busy responding to other alerts, but if this had turned out to be a life-threatening problem like a heart attack, 30 seconds would have made a difference. Thank you for your good service which has placed such comfort in my heart for the safety of my father in his elderly years.”

“Mobile help has been right on. Mom had a few button touches by mistake, your people are very understanding. But the best thing is the speed they respond with. She has gotten better, and they continue to work great. The set up of the unit was very easy and the unit blends in with everything else. Thank you for your great service.”
