“I was recently discharged from a lengthy hospital stay and live alone and had been prone to falling at home, causing serious injury and was placed within the "Fall Risk" category while a patient in the hospitals I stayed in. This device my mother purchased for me was truly a wonderful thing to look forward to after getting home, as it made me feel extremely secure and "home" felt safe. The first thing I did after reading all directions was charging the device, then reading all the materials, doing a "TEST" successfully and checked the watch, necklace, the "PRESS HELP" button and the lockbox, to which I now understand how they all work and am very happy with them. These are fantastic products and the fact that they work in the shower/underwater is amazing and that I can carry the device with me outside in case an emergency happens is nothing short of incredible and lovely knowing that it is there if I need help. I set the lockbox today in an inconspicuous spot on my property, but to where EMTs, family and friends would know to look for my key in case I needed help. I think this is a really great product and it is mighty hefty and seems extremely durable and could most likely stand up to the harsh elements of the outside weather. Thank you so much, MobileHelp! “I'm very pleased with the package that includes a lock box with four digit code that the device people will give to medics if I am unable to open the door. I based my chose of device on Consumer Reports score, the monthly charge mentioned on C R [$25}, and that only three months in advance was required to have device sent. I've recommended it to friends.”
