I gave you a five star under customer service only because I think customer service was a little confused with what I was trying to say. I had my Mobile Help delivered to my sisters house in Michigan although I live in Arizona so I waited to activate it till I was in Arizona and so I had to change the address and we had a little bit of a problem because she thought I lived in Michigan and I was visiting in Arizona but everything is straightened out now she went through all the questions that needed to be and asked and answered and everything is fine. And I’ll tell you what your fall down button is very sensitive I have had to push the button twice because of the sensitivity of it which I appreciate.

Well as of now I have not received my device but still waiting for it before I send my old one back to other company... So I had good results from person I talked to so I will wait and see if I get this device or not

I am not fully in with the program as yet--I just sent in the names of the helpers in my neighborhood who could be called on to assist me, and hope to be active in the program in a few days.......So you could ask me to write a review in several weeks and I will respond..al holliday in camp hill pa.
