After waiting several weeks for another brand, I cancelled the order and called mobile help. Wish I had called them first. Got the unit at a better price and in just 5 days. It was easy to set up. The kit that I got was a small base unit you talk to, a necklace, a wrist band and charger. The base unit, about the size of a pager, stays on the unit unless you leave home. The tiny key fob necklace or the wrist band, ( both water proof ) stays with you when at home. Best set up ever. Could not be more pleased. I do not worry about my brother anymore. I know he can get help 24/7.

So far I have not needed to use the help button. But I have called the tech center for questions and help with switching the help buttons. Over my 17 years dealing with with computers, I have spoken with many tech call centers. Your tech center is one of the best I have dealt with.

Feel very comfortable knowing help is close if needed. Had 2 nonmergency incidents when fall button acidentally hit granite countertop when I leaned over and taking a shower plastic handle of back washer hit button. I panicked not knowing what to do to cancel. However, a person spoke and I explained situation.

The fall button is too heavy for me. I have a pacemaker and it seems to aggravate it. I have to wear it 6 inches below my pacemaker It is wonderful to know I am protected however. I have recommended one to a friend and got $200.00 On my account Yeah, yeah,!
