“So far the unit has worked very well. I feel the fall sensor around the neck is a little to sensitive. I had it go off just walking through house. Over all love like the Mobile ability. To carry any where.”

“Signing up was so easy the customer service representative was extremely helpful. She stayed on the phone with us for a long time to help us with all the information & with decisions on which set up & equipment worked best for us. My mom feels so much better knowing the button for help is right there. Even after her recent surgery she immediately said she needed her necklace. It's been like a nice security blanket for her.”
