“I just hooked up MobileHelp a few days ago and it was an easy setup. Most importantly was what happened the next day. Yesterday, I went to take a bath and didn't know if it was safe to ware in the tub or if it was either water resistant or water proof so I took it off and placed it on my chair. Anyhow, when I got out of the tub I accidentally sat on the alarm devise and set off the alarm. I tried to call several numbers to cancel the call and (it happened so quick) before I knew it, the paramedics was at my door in about 4 minutes WOW was I shocked how quickly they responded. While I was on the phone with the correct number to MobileHelp, I could already hear the medic response sirens and mobileHelp member advised me to go ahead and hang up and explain to the medic person that it was an accidental alarm set off. Well lets call this a test run and now I am extremally confident that I made the right choice in choosing MobileHelp..”
