“This phone ticks all of the boxes and at an extremely reasonable price.
Simple menu's are ideal for the " non tech type".
The brilliant thing with Samsung's is the Bluetooth data transfer between phones. It took less than 5 minutes to transfer all data from old phone to new. Awesome.
However, you need to switch off all background data in "settings" else it runs away with your data allowance.”

“I'm very happy with my handset however I'm not too pleased with the fact you tried to take 24 pounds out bank account and the funds weren't available. I was told and I have a letter saying that my first bill will be due on the 7th September. Now I'm told another bill will be due on the 3rd September. I am not happy with this service at all and would appreciate a reply to why this has happened as I am now overdrawn at the bank and have fees to pay!!!”
“I acquired the A3(2016) to upgrade my wife's phone. On the whole it's a very good device. Nice size, quick response and excellent screen display. Had the A3 now just shy of a couple of months and nothing negative to report on it.
We do have one thing on or minds about it though, that is that the battery is built-in and can't be replaced by the end user. So the total life of the battery may be an issue later. Fingers crossed, as the phone is that good the battery will be to.
All-in-all, we find the Galaxy A3(2016) to be a very good phone.”
