“Unfortunately since the purcase day there is no activation of the SIM card yet. After several attempts with customer service i found out that there is no contract in my name with O2 provider. Still waiting 3-5days that are nearly a week now with no responce from you. Either with a apologie letter. Very upset with the result of your actions to your customer.

“Lovely phone, was stuck between this and the iPhone 11 but they pretty much the same apart from the camera. Plus I liked the choice of colours better with the iPhone XR. You can also get lovely cases to go with it.”
