“I have not received my phone! Tracking parcel has been difficult. One minute it’s saying it’s going back to sender and next it’s saying depot has it and there’s a delay. So I’m not happy about the delay. My contract has started and I’m being charged but I don’t have a phone! No one has called to say why.”
