“Coming from an iPhone, the operating system took a little while to get used to, there are still some things I find awkward, but on the whole its an easy transition to make.
The phone itself has proved to be very good with a bright clear screen, reliable fingerprint reader, and a fantastic camera back and front.
In online review people often mention the size of the "notch" - it hasn't bothered me one bit!”
“Never got the phone because mobiles.co.uk are an absolute joke.
Denied my delivery because apparently failed a fraud check ,even though I have been a long standing customer of EE for as long as I can remember, back when it was Orange!
Mobiles.co.uk also didn't stop there. My SIM got terminated and my contract ruined. I had no service for days.
In the end I had to go to EE directly, which I'm going to do now in future to save all of the hassle that mobiles.co.uk has caused, and they sorted me a new contract with my existing number.
In the process of this, many of their representatives said that mobiles.co.uk was a complete scam and to avoid at all costs. Yes it took many phone calls, time, and money spent on a landline to resolve the mess mobiles.co.uk have made!
I'm now happy with my Pixel 3 XL which I received directly from EE, and that's who I'm going to be dealing with from now on.
TLDR: Stay away from Mobiles.co.uk. They are a huge scam”

Screen is large and I thought that the little black wedge at the top was going to bother me, but it doesn't at all, actually I quite like it.
Battery life isn't as good as my previous Nokia which lasted for well over a day, this one has drained by the evening, maybe I'll look at turning the screen brilliance down a little more.
