“Excellent phone , great camera, unlocks are good on the finger print and facial regognition. only down part was I had to buy a new NM card which I found expensive. Would have preferred an SD card. Overall it is one of the best mobiles I have ever had”
“No idea how good the phone is but really disappointed with Mobiles.co.uk.
Took out a contract on the Tuesday before Black Friday and checked that they wouldn't be bringing out any better deals on the Friday. Paid £290 up front then 24 months at £32 for 16gb data. It was a Christmas present so received the phone but didn't open the box.
On the Friday the same network [Vodafone] were doing zero up front and £36 with 100gb data....through Mobiles.co.uk
Trying to contact customer service to discuss was more challenging than getting The Queen down to our local Curry House.....They very kindly charge you for waiting on the line for 45 mins so good to know they are not out of pocket. Gave up and returned the phone.
For those that are interested Her Majesty is a bit of a dark horse. Chicken Vindaloo and six bottles of Tiger. Not good the next day though.
Have bought several phones from Mobiles.co.uk over the years with no issues so disappointed on this occasion.”
