“Wow what a phone. Don't be fooled into thinking that this is an inferior S10, its not, its simply a different version of the S10 series. Sure it has some features missing that the other 3 S10 models have (S10, S10+ and S10 5g) and some at a slightly lesser specification, for good reasons. If you deep dive into things you'll soon realize that the S10e is designed to be smaller lighter and more compact than its larger siblings but it does this without compromising on performance at all.
There are loads of you tube reviews out there so go and watch them is my advise if your in need of more info. I did prior to my purchase and I believe I have made an informed purchase and the right choice for my personal needs. I didn't choose the e (essentials) variant because I couldn't afford the others (or indeed other manufacturers) I bought it primarily because I wanted a smaller lighter more compact high end phone and the S10e is just about as perfect as it comes right now when it comes to hitting that specific criteria. The screen is simply stunning, the device is super fast and snappy and the picture quality that the camera takes is beautiful. I would recommend this phone to anyone unreservedly and would buy another if I were to choose a phone all over again. This IMO is currently the best compact smartphone on the market by a country mile.....”
“Being a bit of a tech geek and wanting all the cool stuff. I was eagerly seeking a new phone after accidentally destroying my Galaxy S6 which has served me so well for years. Looking on different sites, I may have failed to properly compare the 3 S10's available and thought obviously the S10e being the latest out must be the top model..... Whoopsie!!
After signing on the dotted line and peeling that lovely protective cover I soon realised somethings amiss. The camera looked different. I soon realised the S10e is the entry model, lesser camera, shorter battery time... and thats it pretty much everything else the same!!
Now im not a vain person so the camera would have been wasted on me... and the battery life kicks butt over my old S6.
Overall im very happy with my purchase. £29 a month with 5GB data, previously I was paying Giff Gaff £25 for a sim only deal, now I have a new cool phone!!
When I compare the £46 a month for the S10 and £54 for the S10+... ive definitely made the best choice.
