“Initially pleased with the phone but it got uncomfortably hot for no reason, and after 3 days a catastrophic software glitch made it unusable, and only the Vodafone shop could perform a full factory reset-destroying my personal data! Worse still the supplier, mobiles.co.uk refused to replace the phone until they received the faulty one back resulting in my not being able to use my phone or Vodafone service for a week or so!! Seriously unhappy with both Samsung and Mobiles.co.uk!”
“Got the phone which was not the one I ordered I asked for the S10 plus.
Phone was sent back and had to ring three times to find out what was going on.
Still had no refund after two weeks and even though a mistake made I have now bin informed my credit search cannot be redacted and if I want another S10 plus I will have to another credit search done.
Even though not my mistake,so currently still without a phone or explanation of what went wrong.
To date a very poor service.”
