“Being an OAP I have only had basic pay as you go phones before. This is going to be very different. I like the large size and easy keyboard, I have large hands. Haven’t got to grips with it all yet as O2 had a problem connecting new sims and it was 3 days before I could use it. Then couldn’t get old number moved over as PACS dept shuts 4pm Friday for weekend. All very frustrating but not the phones fault.”
