“Feels cheap, very basic. Battery life isn't great, 2 days and that is with hardly any use. Hands free loud speaker is awful. Finger print scanner is the only luxury.”
“The Samsung A50 is a very good overall phone, the screen is excellent and the battery life is very good (my previous phone was a Lenovo P2 the king of battery life). The processor is more than acceptable given the difference in price to the S range.
It takes excellent photos, but the taking of them is made unnecessarily complicated.
The one massive gripe with this phone is the fingerprint unlock, which is built into the screen it is slow when it works which is about 50% of the time, it does have face recognition which actually complicates unlocking as you are not sure which one it is using, I feel you are being experimented on with this phone with this process for the more expensive S range.
Despite the fingerprint issue I would highly recommend this phone at this price point.”
