“Returned the mobile phone package unopened on February 9th 2015 so am not enjoying the new handset because I haven't got it! I have tried to explain that I was offered contract phone for £4.99 per month. Having given bank details for Direct Debit for this, I then had the agreement appear on the computer screen with £18.00 per month to be deducted. This I do not want to pay. I have cancelled the Direct Debit with my bank, I have returned mobile phone and I have written to O2. They in turn want more details but the only reference I have is the order number 78928652. Sorry but do not know what else to do. I hope someone reads this Feedback”
“I never got to use the phone - After very poor service from Mobiles.co.uk I had to return the phone unopened.
My free gift as promised was never received and as this was a Christmas present, I cancelled the contract.
So cannot comment on the phone at all, but would NEVER use Mobiles.co.uk again - no communication from the company, spent a fortune ringing them.”
