“Phone is fine, but the transfer from one Vodafone contract to a new one (because I bought the phone through Mobiles.co.uk instead of upgrading through Vodafone) was & is a nightmare! Now being charged 2 fees on old contract & new contract because it takes a month to transfer via a 'PAYG' and then I still have to contact them to transfer my current number to the new contract! Nightmare”
“Had to return phone back twice as faulty. Customer service gave inconsistent advice wasting my time. Had to escalate complaint and ended up having to take the phone to Apple to troubleshoot. Had no phone for two months and did not receive an adequate response in terms of costs from mobiles co uk. You get what you pay for in terms of not buying directly from a shop. You cannot expect the direct return or exchange. Carphonewarehouse does not deal with any returns or exchange. This is contrary to what the sales staff will tell you.”
